SHANKAR'S ANSWERS

Ask Shankar

Our Chord system tracks index based options - Both put and call. Our calls are conservative here and risk is low. Similarly returns are also low. Conservatively a trader can earn 1.5 - 2 % returns on capital employed for each settlement. Please note that these are our system calls based on technical analysis and a mathematical algorithm that covers all the technical probabilities. Traders are advised caution. Trade Algorithms are not responsible for any trades taken based on the daily calls given. The Chord system is not recommended for traders who do not understand option trading.

The following are the key points:

  • Both Buy / Sell calls will be given for index based options - Put / Calls. Most Put / calls will be sell trade. Occasional buy trades will also be given. Trades will also trail a stop loss.
  • As soon as the trigger prices are reached, the stop loss should be enforced.
  • Out of the money trades will be the norm, but at times in the money trades will be given.
  • Most calls will be given in the same settlement.
  • An average of 2-3 trades are expected in a trading settlement.
